We created The Carlin Group because of our passion for helping people find the tools within themselves to have courageous conversations. Through thoughts and actions. Our mission is to help people analyze their space in the world to ensure that when others step into that world their differences are met. We help individuals and organizations explore and navigate the complex world of culture, diversity, inclusion and leadership.

Our founder, Dr. Cherisse Carlin's life experience includes coming from a different culture. This has allowed her to have an objective perspective into diversity and culture in the United States. Her unique perspective has driven her passion for research and authentic discussions.

Our company provides a range of services including customized training, executive coaching and keynote speeches. We firmly believe that every client and situation is different. As a result we develop our training, coaching and keynotes based on the input, desired outcomes and needs of our clients. We believe in a highly personalized approach to all of our services.
