The Carlin Group was created to provide a trusted resource willing and able to engage in Courageous Conversations related to diversity, inclusion and leadership.
Dr. Cherisse Carlin has been a passionate advocate on the topics of diversity, culture and leadership for over 20 years. She earned her Language, Literacy and Culture Ph.D. from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Dr. Carlin also holds a Masters degree in Education with a focus on English as a Second Language (ESOL). She is a certified K-12 teacher with an instructional system design background.
Dr. Carlin is an engaging trainer and keynote speaker who is prepared to have a "Courageous Conversation". She enjoys having authentic conversations that broaden understanding and awareness.
